Gongkwon Yusul – Korean Dynamic Martial Art

"Gongkwon Yusul is no martial art that you can only watch as a bystander; it is a martial art intended for everyone and that everybody can participate in, no matter whether you are young, old, male or female. If children train Gongkwon Yusul, they become kind and well-mannered. If young people train Gongkwon Yusul, they become courteous and considerate. If older people train Gongkwon Yusul, they gain respect. If it isn't worth training such a martial art in the future, what is?"
